What is Smoknfly's return Policy?
- We understand the frustration of receiving something you ordered online and not being happy with it. To help alleviate your hesitancy to shop online from our selection of water pipes, glass pipes, bongs, bubblers etc, we do offer a 15 day guarantee on all UNUSED items after you’ve received the item.
- All returns based of preference are subject to a 15% restocking fee OR the option to receive store credit for the full amount of your order.
- Members are responsible for shipping fees on return items if the return is due to preference.
- Just contact us, file a return at the bottom of this page and we will take care of the rest.
- After 15 days, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- If there was a mistake in the order or a Glass pipe or other item came broken, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
What if an item arrives broken?
- We package all glass pipes using a Certified proprietary system we’ve developed to prevent the package from breaking 99.9% of times. However, no one’s perfect, and mistakes may rarely occur. In the unlikely event your item arrives broken, DO NOT throw away the box or packing materials. We will need CLEAR photos of the broken items as well as the box in order to file a claim with the shipping provider (USPS, FedEx).
Please file a return by completing the form at the bottom of this Page within 4 days and one of our support team members will assist you.
- You must provide an order number, and 3-4 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
- Smoknfly will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
- Smoknfly may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we’ll provide a prepaid label).

What happens if my item is returned to the sender?
- For whatever reason your package is returned to the sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact our team support to process a re-shipment via live chat, phone, or email.
How do I file a Return?
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery (damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours) by filing and completing the form at the bottom of the page. Do you offer exchanges?

- If you would like an exchange due to preference, fill out the form all the way to the bottom of this page. You will be refunded store credit, which you may use to order a different item.
Can I return a broken item?
- You can only return an Item that arrived to you broken.
- If item breaks Due to unpacking we do not take returns
- Keep in mind that some of our products like hand pipes, water pipes, bubblers, chillums are made out of glass so please be extra careful when unpackaging your items.
Can I return a used item?
- We do not accept used items, there are no exceptions to this rule
- If you return an item that has been used we will not give you a refund or exchanges.
- We inspect all returned products thoroughly to avoid returns on used items
Do you charge a restocking fee?
- Yes, Only on Items returned due to customer preference. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee or 25% if our 7 day return policy has expired.
- Shipping and rush processing charges are non refundable.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
- Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 business days for your bank to clear the funds. It mostly depends on your bank’s process.
